What is live embroidery?

Where do you offer live embroidery?
PrintStitch is based in Fishers, Indiana and runs live embroidery events across the entire state — Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Bloomington, Lafayette, and everywhere in between.
What does a live embroidery setup look like?
A commercial embroidery machine, a display wall of hats and apparel, a thread selection, and our crew. We need about a 10′ × 10′ footprint and one standard outlet, indoors or outdoors under cover.
Can guests choose their own designs?
Yes. We prepare a menu of designs before the event — your logos, monograms, or artwork we digitize for you — and guests pick their favorite plus thread colors on the spot.
How many pieces can you embroider at an event?
Most designs run 5–10 minutes each, so a typical 3–4 hour event yields dozens of personalized pieces. For large events we can bring additional machines.
How much does live embroidery cost?
Events are priced as a flat rate covering the machine, crew, travel, setup, and teardown, plus the cost of blanks. Send us your date, location, and headcount for a same-week quote.
