On-site laser engraving — anywhere in Indiana

Live laser engraving.

A tumbler, a name, and a laser tracing it into the metal while your guests watch. We bring an enclosed engraver to your event and personalize drinkware, glass, wood, and leather on the spot — permanently.

What it is

Permanent, and done in minutes.

Laser engraving burns a mark directly into the surface of a material — no ink, no film, nothing to peel or fade. On a stainless tumbler it cuts through the powder coat to the steel beneath; on wood and leather it darkens; on glass it frosts. The mark outlasts the object.

Live laser engraving brings that machine to your venue. Guests pick a piece, pick a name or design, and watch the laser run — it’s the most mesmerizing of the three stations to stand in front of, and the piece they leave with is genuinely permanent.

How it works

Four steps to an engraved-live event.

01

Book your date

Tell us your date, venue, and rough headcount. We’ll confirm availability and size the station to the line you’re expecting.

02

Pick the goods

Tumblers, glassware, wood coasters, leather goods, keychains, tech accessories — we help you curate pieces that engrave cleanly and suit the room.

03

We set up on site

Our team arrives early with the enclosed engraver, extraction, and your artwork loaded. All we need is a table and a standard outlet — about a 10′ × 10′ footprint and one standard 110V outlet.

04

Guests watch it engrave

Each guest picks a piece and a name or design, then watches the laser trace it in a few minutes. It’s cut into the material, so it never wears off.

What we personalize

What guests walk away with.

01Tumblers & drinkware
02Glassware & bottles
03Wood coasters & boards
04Leather goods & patches
05Keychains & metal cards
06Pens & tech accessories
Built for a crowd

Safe to watch, up close.

Our engraver is fully enclosed with a viewing window and runs on filtered fume extraction, so guests can crowd right up to it without eye protection. It needs a table, a standard outlet, and no special ventilation — which is why it works indoors at venues that would never allow an open machine.

Questions

Laser engraving, answered.

What is live laser engraving?

Live laser engraving brings a laser engraver to your event. Guests choose an item — a tumbler, a glass, a leather tag — and a name or design, then watch the laser cut it permanently into the surface in a few minutes. No ink, nothing applied on top, nothing that can peel.

What materials can be laser engraved?

Powder-coated and stainless drinkware, glass, wood, leather, acrylic, slate, anodized aluminum, and many coated metals all engrave well. Bare shiny metals and most plastics don’t — send us what you have in mind and we’ll tell you before the event.

Is it safe for guests to watch up close?

Yes. Our machine is fully enclosed with a laser-safe viewing window and runs filtered fume extraction, so there’s no exposed beam and no eye protection needed. Guests can stand right at the glass and watch — which is most of the appeal.

Do you do brand activations and trade shows?

Yes. An engraving station is a strong draw for product launches, sponsorship activations, and booths — the machine itself holds attention, and a permanently engraved tumbler with your logo stays in rotation on someone’s desk for years rather than ending up in a drawer.

How long does each piece take to engrave?

Typically 2–5 minutes depending on the size of the design and the material. A name or monogram is quick; a full logo wrapped around a tumbler takes longer. We size the artwork to the pace of your event.

Can we supply our own items to engrave?

Often yes, and we encourage it for branded drinkware you already stock. We do need to test the material first — finishes vary a lot and some coatings behave unpredictably — so send samples or photos ahead of time.

How much does live laser engraving cost?

A flat rate covers the machine, our crew, travel, setup, and teardown, plus a per-piece cost for the blanks. Send us your date, location, and headcount — we reply within a day and set up a quick call before quoting.
