PrintStitch provides custom embroidery, printing, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintStitch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins. PrintStitch is not responsible for errors in final products that were present in approved proofs.

5. Copyright and Trademark

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any designs, logos, or artwork submitted for production. PrintStitch reserves the right to refuse any work that may infringe on copyright or trademark laws.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Returns or refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

7. Turnaround Time

Production time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. PrintStitch is not liable for delays in production or shipping.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrintStitch's liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
