On-site hot foil stamping — anywhere in Indiana

Live hot foiling.

A heated brass die, a roll of metallic foil, and your guest’s initials pressed into leather in under a minute. We bring the foil bar to your event — gold, silver, rose gold, holographic — and personalize on the spot.

What it is

Gold leaf, pressed while they watch.

Hot foiling — also called hot stamping, foil stamping, or foil monogramming — presses a metallic foil into leather, paper, or fabric using a heated die. The result is a crisp, permanent, genuinely luxurious mark that debossing alone can’t match, and it happens in about sixty seconds.

That speed is the whole point at an event. Where embroidery runs five to ten minutes a piece, the foil bar clears a line fast — which makes it the right call for trade show booths, retail activations, and any room where you need to personalize for hundreds of guests in an evening.

How it works

Four steps to a foiled-live event.

01

Book your date

Tell us your date, venue, and rough headcount. Foiling moves fast, so we’ll also talk through how many pieces you want to clear in the window.

02

Pick the goods

Leather luggage tags, notebooks, card holders, coasters, ribbon — we help you curate blanks that take foil beautifully, in a foil color that matches your brand.

03

We set up on site

Our team arrives early with the press, a full type case, and your dies. All we need is a table and a standard outlet — about a 10′ × 10′ footprint and one standard 110V outlet is plenty.

04

Guests watch it press

Each guest picks a piece, picks their initials or a design, and watches it stamped in metallic foil in about a minute. No drying, no waiting — it leaves with them finished.

Built for a crowd

Fast enough for a real line.

A foil bar is a compact setup — a press, a die case, foil rolls, and a display of blanks. It fits on a single table, runs off one outlet, and turns pieces around in about a minute each, so a long queue never stops moving.

Holiday parties, client appreciation days, conferences, and team offsites.

  • Trade shows & conferences

A personalization station pulls traffic to your booth and holds it long enough to talk.

  • Grand openings

Give early customers a branded keepsake and a reason to stick around.

  • Weddings & showers

Personalized a monogrammed piece they chose for your guests, made while they watch.

Questions

Hot foiling, answered.

What is live hot foiling?

Hot foiling (also called hot stamping, foil stamping, or foil monogramming) presses metallic foil into a surface with a heated brass die. Live hot foiling brings that press to your event, so guests choose a piece and their initials and watch it stamped in front of them — usually in under a minute.

Is hot foiling the same as hot stamping?

Yes — they’re the same process under different names, along with foil stamping and foil monogramming. A heated die presses a thin layer of metallic foil onto leather, paper, or fabric, leaving a crisp permanent mark with a slight deboss you can feel.

What items can be hot foiled?

Leather takes foil best — luggage tags, card holders, passport covers, belts, journal covers, and patches all look excellent. We also foil paper and cardstock (invitations, place cards, packaging), ribbon, coasters, and select coated fabrics. We’ll review anything you want to supply for suitability before the event.

Do you do brand activations and trade shows?

Yes, and foiling is particularly well suited to them. Because each piece takes about a minute, a foil bar clears a long line without the queue stalling — so it personalizes for far more guests per hour than embroidery, which matters at a booth with limited floor time.

What foil colors can we choose?

Gold, silver, rose gold, copper, matte black, white, and holographic are our standard stock. We can source a specific brand color ahead of the event if you give us a couple of weeks.

Can you foil our logo, not just initials?

Yes. Your logo is cut into a custom brass die ahead of the event — one-time setup, and the die is yours to reuse at future events. Guests can then choose your logo, their monogram, or both on the same piece.

How much does live hot foiling cost?

Events are a flat rate covering the press, our crew, travel, setup, and teardown, plus the cost of the blanks and any custom dies. Send us your date, location, and headcount — we reply within a day and set up a quick call before quoting.
